1. Service Description

DMlite is an Instagram DM automation platform that enables users to create automated direct message and comment reply workflows using the official Meta/Instagram Graph API. The Service allows you to set up keyword-triggered DMs, story reply automations, and related messaging features for your Instagram Business or Creator account.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DMlite in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Platform Policies. You are solely responsible for the content of the messages sent through your automations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use DMlite to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam), harassment, threats, or abusive content.
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or any other harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, scams, or illegal promotions.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Payments & Billing

• Free Plan: Includes up to 200 DMs per month at no cost, available indefinitely.
• Pro Plan: ₹399/month (Indian Rupees), billed monthly via Razorpay. Includes unlimited DMs, advanced features, and priority support.
• Lifetime Plan: ₹1,999 one-time payment (Indian Rupees) for permanent access to all Pro features.
• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). International users may see converted amounts based on their currency.
• All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by DMlite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you create and send through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DMlite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any Instagram account restrictions, suspensions, or bans resulting from your use of automation, although our Service is built on official Meta APIs and enforces rate limits to minimise such risks.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@dmlite.app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
