DMLite.io ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address during signup, Instagram Business Account data (username, access token) when you connect your account, and usage data (DM counts, automation logs).

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the DMLite service — sending automated DMs and comment replies on your behalf via the Instagram API.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database), Upstash (rate limiting), Razorpay (payments), and Meta/Instagram APIs. We do not sell your data.

You can request data deletion by emailing mail.instadm@gmail.com or using the data deletion page.
